So you can choose your ideal accommodation according to your needs in order to enjoy your holiday in Ehrwald or the Tyrolean mountains perfectly. Be it a single room or the Vital Suite with Physiotherm infrared cabin - everyone will find what they are looking for. For the family we recommend our large family suites with a separate room for the youngest guests. For all lovers of the Tyrol, we recommend our junior suites with visible roof trusses and a unique view of the Ehrwald mountains. All rooms have a spectacular view of the Tyrolean nature and the mountain world of the Tyrolean Zuspitz Arena.

When is check-in and check-out?
Your room is ready for occupancy from 15:00 hrs on the day of arrival.On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 am. More information is available at the reception.

Do you offer only half board or also bed and breakfast?
We offer both options for our guests. Breakfast is often already included in the room price. Unless it is mentioned separately.

When are the meal times for breakfast and dinner?
Our guests can have breakfast at the Hotel Alpen Residence from 07.30 to 10.30 am. Dinner is served from 18:30 to 20:00 - we kindly ask you to go to the restaurant during this time. The kitchen is open until about 21:00.

Do you have Internet access?
You can use our WLAN in the whole hotel for free.
