  in our "Atrium" in case you're feeling a little peckish
• 5 course dinner
  including a choice of several main dishes
• Daily salad bar
  offering a selection of fresh, crisp and tasty salads
• Cheese board
  to round off a perfect evening meal

Our special half board also includes the following complimentary facilities and activities:

• Use of the spa with its indoor swimming pool, range of saunas and steam baths and relaxation rooms
• Aqua aerobics and early morning exercises
• Free guided walks with our own mountain guide
• Nordic Walking
• Free use of bicycles
• Use of the 3D archery course, including brief instruction if necessary (equipment is available for hire at the hotel)
• Torchlight walks (until about February), snow shoe walks and winter walks
• Cross-country ski tours (without instruction)
