Nordic Walking

The sport of Nordic walking is an ideal way of taking exercise in the fresh air and can be practised all year round. It strengthens our immune system and tones 90% of our muscles without putting undue strain on our joints or ligaments. Anyone who is interested can take part for there is no age limit and no previous experience is required.
