General Information
Prices are in EURO per person per night and include:
- the Alpen Residence Special half board
(buffet breakfast, afternoon snack and choice of main course at dinner plus salad bar). - Complimentary use of the swimming pool, saunas and steam baths. Bath robes in the rooms.
- Additional charge: EUR 3,00 local tax per person per night applicable to all guests 16 years of age and over.
- Above prices are based on 2 full paying guests per room
- Single room supplement: EUR 25,- per night (applies to Enzian and Deluxe rooms only)
- For stays of less than 4 nights a supplement of EUR 10.00 per person per night is payable (not for the period from 15.12. to 23.12.2023, in this case prices period 23.12.23 to 06.01.24 are valid)
- 20 % Reduction for 3rd and 4th person in a room or suite
- No supplement for Christmas Eve gala dinner; supplement for New Year's Eve gala dinner: EUR 40.00 per adult, EUR 20.00 per child
- Dog: EUR 15.00 per night without food. We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the dining rooms or the spa.
- Supplements for a car parking space in our carport or underground garage for Deluxe and Enzian rooms (subject to availability):
Summer: carport EUR 5.00, underground garage EUR 8.00 (per day)
Winter: carport EUR 5.00, underground garage EUR 8.00 (per day)
Guests staying in a suite are entitled to a free parking space in our underground garage or carport (according to availaility) - Free transfers from/to Ehrwald, Garmisch and Imst railway stations; 50% reduction on transfers from/to Munich, Memmingen and Innsbruck (airport or railway station)
- Payment can be made in cash, by bank or credit card (EC/Maestro, Visa or MasterCard) or, by prior arrangement, by bank transfer
